The Place Care is committed to conducting its business with integrity, professionalism, and accountability, ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation have no place within our organisation or supply chains.

We recognise modern slavery as a serious breach of fundamental human rights and a critical safeguarding concern within the health and social care sector. As a regulated provider, we take our responsibilities seriously and are committed to maintaining robust systems to protect the individuals we support, our workforce, and all those connected to our operations.

Workforce and Recruitment

  • Ongoing monitoring of agency and temporary staffing arrangements

Safeguarding and Reporting

The Place Care promotes a culture where individuals feel confident to raise concerns without fear of reprisal, supported by our Whistleblowing Policy.
