As a regulated provider, we take our responsibilities seriously and are committed to maintaining robust systems to protect the individuals we support, our workforce, and all those connected to our operations.

Workforce and Recruitment

- Ongoing monitoring of agency and temporary staffing arrangements

Safeguarding and Reporting
Modern slavery is treated as a safeguarding matter. Staff are required to report any concerns promptly through established internal processes. Where appropriate, concerns are escalated to local authorities and relevant external agencies to ensure appropriate intervention and support.
The Place Care promotes a culture where individuals feel confident to raise concerns without fear of reprisal, supported by our Whistleblowing Policy.
