Stamford Hill – Supported Living Property (5 Bedrooms)

Our Supported Living property in Stamford Hill provides individualised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion in the community. The property offers a homely and therapeutic environment where each person is empowered to make choices and participate fully in daily life.

The property features five spacious, fully furnished bedrooms, each tailored to the preferences of the individual. Communal living spaces include a bright lounge, modern kitchen, dining area, and accessible garden. The setting is designed to foster social interaction, personal growth, and a strong sense of belonging while respecting each person’s privacy and autonomy.

Our dedicated support team is trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), safeguarding, medication management, and person-centred planning. Support is tailored through individual care and support plans that reflect each person’s aspirations, goals, and communication preferences. We work collaboratively with families, health professionals, and local authorities to ensure continuity of care and meaningful outcomes.

The home operates in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the CQC’s five key questions – ensuring the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. We maintain rigorous standards in infection prevention, risk management, and staff training, ensuring a high-quality service where individuals can live fulfilling lives in a supportive and respectful environment.
