We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Complex Care Support Worker & Driver to provide personalised care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

This role involves working closely with individuals to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality care that promotes dignity, comfort and independence. You will provide a mix of clinical and personal assistance, helping each client live confidently within their community.

You will be part of a small, professional team offering round-the-clock care to ensure every client feels safe, supported and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one personal care with empathy and respect.
  • Support with feeding, PEG management and suctioning (training provided).
  • Assist with mobility, positioning and daily living activities.
  • Drive clients to medical appointments, community visits and social outings using an adapted vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate notes and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with lead carers to ensure care plans are followed and reviewed regularly.
  • Uphold high standards of infection control, safety and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in complex care or clinical support (essential).
  • Valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel locally.
  • Female carer required for personal care (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
  • Experience or training in PEG feeding and suctioning preferred.
  • Flexible approach to shift patterns, including nights or weekends when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
